How can I protect myself from the coming wave of killer micro-robots?
In the not-too-distant future autonomous microrobots will be plentiful and cheap. Robotic mosquitos will fly into ears and detonate. Swarms of robotic ants will attack us in our sleep. How will we be able to protect ourselves from terrorists wielding these killer micro-robots?
Your fear is well justified. I have thought a lot about this too and I’m writing them into a novel.
Everyone is at risk especially Politicians and assassination targets. It’s the organic/polymer Nanosquitos that give me the creeps as they can’t be detected by scanners.
But don’t worry about Terrorists using them on you. They are too expensive. Unless you are very important.
