We have a very easy way to upgrade your 72. RC Transmitter! You simply unplug the small module at the back of your transmitter, and plug in the Corona 2.4, and that is it. Our new Corona 2.4GHz transmitter module and receiver are designed to completely eliminate radio interference and glitches which have troubled model hobbyists
for years. The software designed exclusively for the transmitting module and receiver instantly locates and assigns safe and protected channels.
Other flyers in the area can not create interference that normally would corrupt transmitter signals.
The Corona 2.4GHz adheres strictly to Frequency-Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) communication standards by constantly switching across a wide band of frequencies. Combining Corona’s software with FHSS we have designed a transmitter and receiver capable of providing modelers the highest performing radio system available.

When I was a kid, I loved spending time with my dad. He always had such great hobbies and I loved to learn things from him as we played. One of his major hobbies was RC model airplanes. He would teach me all the basics of each individual hobby before letting me try it out.
So when I finally got to fly the plane, not only did I know quite a bit about flight and basic aerodynamics, but I truly appreciated what I was doing.

In this digital age, it is often difficult to get your child to get into the great outdoors and actually play with you. Sounds crazy, or it would have years ago, but now kids want to be with their digital toys more than they want to be in the park on a nice day. What’s incredible is that this phenomena is affected an entire generation of kids today and no matter how much pulling, the kids pull harder the other way. It is a time tested fact that instead of the difficult process of pulling kids towards you, you should in fact entice them with something that is both fun and positive to their lives. RC airplanes are a great way to lead a kid into the outdoors and give the kid something inactive to do while there; great fun for the whole family.

The rainy days can either be fun or not. When you have your RC airplane out there, the last thing that you need is for the heavens to pour its water over you. But don’t blame the heavens if it rains.
Keeping a good performing RC airplane is not very hard to do. Though it can take most of your time for doing it, if you look at your work in the end, you won’t regret it in any way.
Since there are parts of your plane that are made out of plastic AND metal, be concerned with the plastic made parts more. They are prone to easy wear, tear and cracks. Replace any parts that are in this condition. The metal parts are not an exception, do check them as well.
When you check all these, you wouldn’t be worried at taking your planes outside – even if it rains.
Joining a remote control aircraft club is a great way to dive into your hobby. Model Aeronautics Association of Canada (MAAC) regulates it’s members of clubs to give you the best access to current rc informaton, events, flying fields, etc for both RC Airplane and RC Helicopter model flyers. They also provide links to associated rc aircraft organizations the world over.
Whether you are a beginner or an expert RC Hobby Aircraft hobbier, you will find a RC model club near you.
On this page, in the right hand column section “Recommended Sites”, I have included a link to MAAC website’s list of Clubs.

A project that I decided to have with my son a few years back was flying RC airplanes together. It was a fun thing for us to do on Sunday mornings, but now he’s 13 and has more of an interest in Guitar Hero.
I, on the other hand, have kept up with flying the airplanes outside of our home on Sunday mornings. It’s really the only time where I feel like I can escape the trappings of work and have some “me” time. On occasion my son will leave his video games to fly with me, but only if I show him some new tricks with the plane.
We are looking from all users of the Skyartec products of electric rc helicopters and electric rc airplanes, comments or suggestions for improvements.
For example, if someone out there is already using the RC WASP V3 Pro series of electric remote control helicopters, please post your comments and/or suggestions for improvements right here, or email us directly at info@qualityrchobbies.com with the heading “Product Comment” along with the specific name or SKU (stock order number) of the product. We look forward to this product feedback and will forward them for implementation.

I found this great article, written by Andre McFayden, that I thought my customers would like to see. The principles apply both to flying RC airplanes and RC helicopters.
RC airplane flying is a fun and challenging hobby. The time and expense of learning to fly remote control airplanes has been greatly reduced in recent years. RC flight simulators have been one reason for this. These are programs that run on your home pc, allowing you to practice “virtual” flight. Here are some tips for getting the most out of your rc flight simulator (”sim”).
